For over 30 years, owner Brennan Dougherty has built a very solid reputation for a stand up guy, honest businessman and community leader. Brennan is a native Houstonian and has spent his entire 22 year professional career in his home town. Now raising his family in Katy where he spends his private time with them and friends involved in supporting the community. After founding Ultimate Roof Builders, the first order of business was to have the company be defined by the outstanding professionalism and accountability in an industry severally lacking such qualities. December 10, 2010We had several roof companies in the area doing roof replacements after a big storm recently. They all wanted me to file an insurance claim and I just wanted to replace my roof for a cash price. You would think that would be easy to get but only Brennan with Ultimate Roof Builders gave me a cash price right after inspecting and measuring my roof. Re-decked it too with radiant barrier already on the decking. Great PRICE AND GREAT WORK!!! Hiring them again in January to replace one of our rent house roofs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.J Stevens. June 3, 2010Brennan with the Ultimate Roof Builders came out and met with my adjuster after giving me a free inspection after a hail storm. He found hail damage and suggested I call me insurance company and file a claim. Allstate came out and determined my roof needed a full replacement. I love my new roof.Thanks, Gail Samson, Katy |
March 29, 2009First of all my Ultimate Roof contact, Brennan, was the guy I started with at the beginning and the last guy I dealt with after doing the final walk-through. Actually, I never dealt with anyone but Brennan through the course of the estimate until the roof was finished. The crews showed up at the break of dawn and did not leave until dark. The clean up was beautiful, I would have never know anyone had been there...at least my flower beds. They were tarped during the take off process, so no damaged occurred. Thanks guys for a job we are more than happy with!

March 12, 2009This a GREAT company! I had several bids and while theirs was not the cheapest, I am so glad that we hired them. They renegotiated twice with our adjuster and got enough back to fix our fence, garage door and a few other things. Our roof looks great we could not be more pleased! January 25, 2009Man, all I have to say is WOW! These freakin guys knocked on my door on a Sunday afternoon and offered a free estimate on my blue tarped roof. I was already working with 2 other companies, but I was having problems with my insurance wanting to pay for the amounts I was being quoted. I had 3 bids, one of $15K, one of $13.9K and another of $13.4K. My insurance company only sent me a check for $5,993. after they deducted my depreciation and deductable. The next thing I know this guy from ultimate builders is on the phone with my adjuster explaining the dimensions of my roof and something about pitch and how they had not measured enough to do the re-roof completely. After the conversation he told me that my insurance company was going to send me a supplemental check for $1700 once a certificate of completion was provided by the roofing company. That gave me a total of $7693 payment from the insurance company and then what totally blew me away was the $8800 price I got from them to do the exact same job that the other companies were quoting $4K and $5K more. Needless to say we chose them and could not be happier about the job performed. They passed the insurance companies inspection on the first time and finished in 1 1/2 days. I did not find a single shingle or debris in my yard after they left, as a matter of fact they raked out my flower beds that were loaded with pine needles. SIMPLY AWESOME, thank you for a job well done! |
January 25, 2009You guys had replaced 1050' of fence around the Fry Road HOA and the board and homeowners could not be happier with the high quality of work performed. Not only did your company come in $75K less then than the previously bid company, you all finished the job in 6 day when the other company quoted that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to finish the job. Not to mention the bid the replacement linear footage @ 1580' when we measured 1050'. Job well done, a great surprise with all the scamming being done since Ike. |
January 9, 2009Best Company I have ever dealt with! I was so happy to find this company, especially online. Working with those guys made me have faith in the construction industry again. I was impressed to say the least. Not only was the company the best price, I really feel that they had the best service. I have told several of my friends and family and all have thanked me for such a good job referring them. They do other stuff besides roofs and they are not price gouging people either. Best experience I have ever had with contractors. |
